Position(s) Available: Site Manager

Salary: £25,584 to £27,269 FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT

Actual starting salary is £19,275 per annum

Working Monday to Friday - 30 hours per week - 42 weeks per year (39 weeks term time plus 3 weeks)

Location: Nantwich, Cheshire East

The post is a permanent contract for 42 weeks per year (term time plus 3 weeks).

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Site Manager to join our thriving school.  Previous experience in site work in a school is preferable but not essential.

The main duties will be to arrange and supervise contractors, ensure heating, lighting and alarm systems are checked regularly to ensure they are operational.  To carry out maintenance and DIY, undertake checks and maintain records to meet statutory health & safety requirements e.g., COSHH, Legionella, Fire Safety etc.  To maintain our site to a high standard and kept safe for pupils, staff and visitors.

The successful candidate will need to be a good communicator, be proactive, organised, and have a keen eye for detail. They will also need to be competent in general maintenance and be able to undertake a range of minor repairs and maintenance unsupervised across the school.
